I had a great project idea and needed hard money to get started. I had the good fortune to be referred to Noah Brocius at Capital Fund 1 ! Was a newbie but had an opportunity to describe my project. I was asked to submit my a idea with a flood plan ( s/family to a duplex ) a cost study , a simple loan application , and financial needs such as price, down payment and rent expectations.And within 24 I was approved and closed in 3 days!
