Whether you’re nearing your final payment, starting a new flip, or refinancing into a long-term strategy, we have the tools and information to help.

To request a payoff, please email your Account Manager as soon as possible, at least three business days before your target closing date. To ensure a seamless process, please include: 

  • Loan number
  • Property Address 
  • Title information (if applicable)

Is your loan nearing maturity, and do you need more time to complete your project or refinance? Capital Fund 1 can provide short-term loan extensions on most loans, subject to underwriting approval. To get the extensions process started, please reach out to your Account Manager.
