    These guys are great for you real estate funding. They are quick and able to fund you in as little as 24-48 hours. I highly recommend them as that I have already used them. I had to close in one week and they were a tremendous help. They were able to get me funded so that I could close on my house without loss. These guys are great.

    I've worked with Capital Fund 1 over 6 years their hard money loan process is simple and interest return rates are sensible. They can fund a loan in 2 or 3 days as long as you provided the required info upfront. If your an investor who flips I'm not sure you can do better. That said, the caveat is you need to know what your doing.

Unlike any of our other products, the long-term rental program offers loan terms from 15-30 years as opposed to our typical 6 months to 5-year loan options. Within the long term rental program, we offer 5/1 30 year ARM, a 7/1 30 Year Arm, and a 30 year fixed loan options, loan amounts available are between $100,000-$3,000,000 on all residential properties.
