Setting Up Your Account
The way you’ll get started depends on how you pay.
On ACH Autopay? No action is needed. Your payment will process normally, and access to the new borrower portal will begin by July 6th. Once you have access, you can log in anytime to view your payment history and loan details — but you’re all set either way.
Not on Autopay, or want to manage your loan online? You’ll need an account to make payments and view your loan. Here’s how to set one up:
How to Create Your Account
Look for an email with the subject line “CF1 Borrower Portal Invite” from funded@capitalfund1.com to create your account.
STEP 1
Click the button below to access the new borrower portal.
STEP 2
Click Forgot Password.
Enter your username (the email this was sent to) and click Reset Password.
STEP 3
Check your email for a temporary password.
Log in with your username and that temporary password.
STEP 4
Once you’re in, reset your password.

For payoffs – If you are planning to place a final payment, email payoffs@capitalfund1.com to request a payoff statement. Please do not use the payment portal to submit final payments.

- Regardless of the property’s location, please mail all payments to our Scottsdale Office

- Mail and in-person payments must be received by the 10th of every month
- We have a 24/7 check drop box located at our front door
- Please make checks payable to Capital Fund 1 and put your loan number on the memo line
- No cash is accepted or kept in any of our offices
