 Capital Fund 1 is on a journey to be the Ultimate Real Estate Partner. Our new portal makes it simpler, easier, and faster to service your Capital Fund 1 loan.

How do I activate my account?

    1. Access the online payment portal here: https://capitalfund.loanpro.software/
    2. On the top right of the page, click the “login” button and enter the primary borrower’s email address
    3. Click “forgot password”
    4. Follow the remaining prompts to access your account

A Few Things to Note:

  • If you have multiple borrowers on a loan, only the primary borrower on file will be able to access the portal at this time
  • If you have multiple loans with different entities on each loan (different LLCs for Loan A and Loan B), you will have a username created for each entity. Loan A with A LLC will have a login, and Loan B with B LLC will have a different login. We are currently looking for a solution to address this.

For payoffs – If you are planning to place a final payment, email payoffs@capitalfund1.com to request a payoff statement. Please do not use the payment portal to submit final payments.

Have the option to choose what works for you. Our business runs on supporting
your real estate investment goals and that begins by offering more choices.

  • Regardless of the property’s location, please mail all payments to our Scottsdale Office
  • Mail and in-person payments must be received by the 10th of every month
  • We have a 24/7 check drop box located at our front door
  • Please make checks payable to Capital Fund 1 and put your loan number on the memo line
  • No cash is accepted or kept in any of our offices

What are your late fees?

Our late fees vary, please refer to your loan documents or reach out to our servicing team.

When is a payment considered late?

Payments are considered late if they are not received by end of business day on the 10th of the month.

Can I pay my loan off on the portal?

To get an accurate payoff amount, please reach out to our servicing team. Doing so may alleviate any inaccuracies and potential headaches.

I can’t login to the payment portal, what do I do?

It may take up to 48 business hours after your loan funds for your account to be active. If it is after that time, please reach out to our servicing team.

How can I change my automatic ACH payment info?

Easy! Simply reach out to our team and we’ll gladly update that information for you.

When are automatic payments drawn from my account?

We draw automatic payments on the 5th of the month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or federal holiday, we process them the next available business day. Rest assured; loans are not considered late till end of business on the 10th.
