Capital Fund 1 is the best hard money lender I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are efficient, timely and through. When I need anything they are right there to help. Being on the Escrow /Title side of things there are some times when I need many things to get the deal closed and they get me whatever I need right away which makes it possible for me to close the files quickly and correctly.
