With the story published in Yahoo Finance, but not in our blog, we had to take time to share our excitement for working with the Empire Group to finance the development of 44 Luxury Homes in the Arcadia Neighborhood!  Formerly the home of Bakers Nursery, this gorgeous location off of 40th Street and Osborn in Phoenix could not be a more perfect location.  These homes are in the perfect area to be close to the Biltmore Shopping Center, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and multiple restaurants that cater to a variety of tastes.
