Still Making Loans, Still Closing on Time

COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, has made it’s way to Arizona, and the State has issued the closure of schools and encouraged people who are at higher risk to avoid contact as much as possible.

We want to let you know that we plan to keep your health and safety, and that of our employees, in highest regards. Below is our current plan of action:

  • Our office will be closed to outside guests
  • Employees may be working from home BUT they’ll have access to phones and emails, and will still be fully functional to close loans.

Due to our office closing to outside visitors, we know that you may have questions on things like payments or new loan requests, please continue reading below.

Payments & Payoffs

We prefer that you make your payments online for the foreseeable future. Please review the below for all options.

  • If you have questions about payments or payoffs, please email brooke@capitalfund1.com
  • Pay online here, if you need instructions on how to make a payment please click here to download step by step instructions
  • You can mail in your payment to 14555 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 200, Scottsdale, AZ 85254
  • If you’re unable to mail in or pay online, as a last resort you can drop off a payment by dropping off a check through our mail slot on our office door – we will be checking the mail slot daily and will send payment receipt notices within 48 hours of receipt

Loan Requests

Loan requests can be submitted online, or by emailing and calling your loan officer.

Jacob, Elizabeth, and Zach are all available by email or phone to answer any and all questions you may have, and they will be dedicated to providing you the fast and reliable service we’ve come to be known by.

We will remain open and operational during this time, still providing our fast and reliable service to everyone. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to call us at (480) 889-6100
