Capital Fund 1 Resource Center

Introducing a New Way to Pay at CF1! We’re on a mission to be the Ultimate Real estate Partner and that starts at investing in the borrower experience. We’re confident our new loan servicing software will be a value add for all real estate investors

What’s new?

In the coming days, keep an eye out for email instructions to activate your portal and to begin making payments through the new portal.

  • Set Up Automatic Payments

Set up automatic payments through the online portal. Never miss or forget about a payment again!

  • Make a One-time Payment

Quickly and easily access your portal to make a one-time payment via ACH or Debit card.

  • Manage all your loans

Have multiple loans with CF1? Manage all your loans with a single account.

  • If you have multiple loans with different entities on each loan (different LLCs for Loan A and Loan B), you will have a username created for each entity. Loan A with A LLC will have a login, and Loan B with B LLC will have a different login. We are currently looking for a solution to address this.

CF1 New Way to Pay FAQ

I have a payment due on 9/1/2022. Does anything change?

NO! Nothing changes for the 9/1 payment. Please make them as you normally do. All active loans will begin making payments in the New Way to Pay portal on 10/1/2022. If you are on automatic ACH payments, your payments will continue to be processed between the 5th and the 10th of the month.

How can I login into the New Way to Pay portal?

Credentials will be sent to the primary borrower on file over the next week. Please check your junk mail. Reach out to your account manager if you do not receive an invite within 7 days.

I’m having trouble logging in.

Please contact your CF1 account manager for further assistance. Note: if you have a loan with multiple borrowers, only the primary borrower on file will receive credentials.

Can I pay my loan off in the portal or request a payoff statement in the new portal?

Not at this time. We hope to roll out user-generated payoff statements in the coming months. In the meantime, please contact your Account Manager to get an accurate payoff amount. Doing so may alleviate any inaccuracies and potential headaches.

I can’t log in to the payment portal. What do I do?

It may take up to 48 business hours for the portal to activate. If it is after that time, please reach out to your account manager

Do I need to set up auto-pay again?

No! If you are currently enrolled in ACH auto-pay, your payments will continue to be processed between the 5th and the 10th of the month. No action is needed from you. We do encourage you to be on the lookout for your New Way to Pay credentials so you can review the status of your loan at any time.

When are automatic payments drawn from my account?

We draw automatic payments on the 5th of the month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or federal holiday, we process them the next available business day. Rest assured, loans are not considered late till the end of business on the 10th.
