The Sencorp Development team came to Capital Fund I when they were in need of some quick financing to give them more time to finalize their construction financing for their development EnHance Park.  Their traditional lender was unable to close in time leaving it up to us to close the deal in 4 days.  Once they are able to refinance with their traditional lender, they will begin the 2nd phase of development.
