Before and after home in Las Palmaritas

before-after-blogimageOne of the best things we get to see when working with real estate investors is the product that they are able create.  At first, this home on Las Palmaritas was outdated, had a dark interior, and the floors were in need of some TLC.  Our borrower knew exactly what this home needed to go from dark and dreary, to light and dreamy.

These updates include new wood flooring, as well as carpet in some of the rooms, the kitchen updates include new countertops and cabinets, and new appliances that will provide the most efficient use of power in the house.  Another fantastic update was changing the carport into a 2-car garage.  Some of the updates include the newly updated roof, 2 new HVAC units, as well as updated dual pane windows, which will help with the energy efficiency of the home.

We asked our borrower, Steve, how their experience with Capital Fund I, and this is the testimonial he gave us:

“As a first time borrower of Capital Fund I, I can honestly say that I am pleased with the work they are able to provide.  They were able to provide a loan quote quickly, as well as showed me how easy it can be to work with private lenders.  With Capital Fund’s help, I was able to update the home and sell it quickly.”
