Capital Fund financed portions of both the acquisition cost and rehab costs for this project. The property is located within a well-known golf community in North Phoenix. The home was in great shape from a structural stand point but lacked the upgraded finishes and open floorplan that the million dollar properties in the same community had. Capital Fund was able to provide $620,000 to acquire the property and another $80,000 of construction and rehab costs to help add the value and realize a large return for our borrower once the project is completed.
