Scottsdale-based REIT is looking to hire a Loan Originator to handle incoming leads, prospect, and build new borrower relationships with real estate investors, builders, and real estate developers to help grow the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be filled by someone who wants to get their foot in the door in a rapidly growing real estate company, the largest private lender in Arizona. The Loan Originator (LO) will be working both directly with a top producer at the company. The LO will be someone who wants to learn about investment real estate and have the discipline to be self-sufficient in creating their own book of business. The LO is expected to:
- Gather necessary information for a long term loan
- Purchase contracts
- Credit Checks
- Title Commitment
- Applications
- Assist & create new business relationships with investors
- Liaison with processing department to obtain documentation necessary for loan closing
- Provide continuing counsel and customer service to borrower throughout the entire loan process
- Comprehend all functions of a real estate transaction to effectively advise borrower
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have tremendous attention to detail
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Be comfortable prospecting/talking to investors

- Basic knowledge of CRM use

- Basic real estate knowledge is preferred

SCHEDULE
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
