Before-after-fix-and-flip3This newly renovated home in Arcadia Proper already had great bones to build on, and our borrower, Ted, went above and beyond with updates.  Updates to the house that might not always go noticed, but are appreciated by the new buyers include the new windows, the new HVAC system, updated electrical wiring and AV, updated plumbing features, newly fixed roof with fresh gutters and downspouts, as well as all the updated amenities that a Scottsdale home buyer requires.  Updated features that captures the eye of the viewer include the new landscaping, giving the front yard a larger look and feel, as well as allowing more natural light to enter the house during the day.  The floors of this home have also been updated with new carpet and wood in some rooms, and tile placed in the bathrooms.  The kitchen has been fully updated with new cabinets and countertops, fresh paint, as well as new appliances.
